CCSPCertified.com provides an online certification program for customer support professionals. Our Service includes:
- Access to the CCSP certification exam
- Digital certificate upon successful completion
- Unlimited exam retakes
- Lifetime validity of certification
3. Payment and Pricing
The certification exam costs $19 USD as a one-time payment. This payment grants you:
- Access to take the certification exam
- Unlimited retake attempts if you do not pass
- Digital certificate upon passing (70% or higher required)
- Lifetime certification validity
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Exam Rules and Conduct
When taking the certification exam, you agree to:
- Complete the exam independently without assistance
- Not share exam questions or answers with others
- Provide accurate personal information
- Not use any unauthorized materials or tools during the exam
Violation of these rules may result in disqualification and forfeiture of certification.
5. Certification
Upon passing the exam with a score of 70% or higher, you will receive a digital CCSP certificate. The certificate:
- Is issued in the name you provide during registration
- Contains a unique verification ID
- Is valid for lifetime and does not expire
- Will be delivered to your registered email address
6. Intellectual Property
All content on CCSPCertified.com, including but not limited to exam questions, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CCSPCertified.com and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The certification will guarantee employment or specific outcomes
- All employers will recognize or accept the certification
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCSPCertified.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
